Megan Hay, MSW, LCSW
(she/her)
Therapist
Supervisor: Elizabeth Hughes, LMHC and Kerry Lavallee, LICSW
Megan is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and a graduate of Simmons University, where she earned her Master of Social Work with a concentration in mental health. She is working toward licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Megan has experience supporting individuals and families in both a family shelter and a women’s dual diagnosis program.

Megan enjoys working with clients navigating anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, and concerns related to body image and self-esteem. She takes an empathetic, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet clients where they are. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), role-play, and play and art therapy, she also integrates spiritual or religious perspectives when appropriate to help clients build resilience and challenge unhelpful thought patterns.

Megan views therapy as a collaborative process, serving as a compassionate co-pilot while empowering individuals to recognize their strengths, embrace growth, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
What we plant in the soil of contemplation, we shall reap in the harvest of action.
