A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience, Kerry is a conscientious and compassionate clinician who works collaboratively with her clients to foster resiliency, promote meaningful growth, and help them recognize their innate strengths so they can set and achieve their goals. Her trauma-informed practice draws from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems theories, but therapy is always tailored to the individual growth of those with whom she works.

Since earning her MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998, Kerry has worked in programs across Texas, New Mexico, Illinois, and Massachusetts. She spent nearly twenty years in residential treatment settings with children, adolescents, and families, and has also worked in employee assistance programs, managed healthcare, and outpatient behavioral health. In 2019, she founded Richer Soil Counseling to create a space that values both clients and therapists.

Kerry is a Certified Financial Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
