Catherine is a pre-licensed mental health counselor working toward LMHC licensure. She earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and MS in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.

Catherine has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of concerns. She enjoys working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, and identity development, and is committed to creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Catherine integrates evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s developmental needs. She meets individuals where they are and fosters growth through a collaborative, trusting therapeutic relationship. She believes that each client holds the strengths and capacity for meaningful change, and she works alongside them to recognize, access, and build on those inner resources.
