Amy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges. She holds a master’s degree in education from Simmons College and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Fitchburg State University. With a background in community health and school-based settings, Amy has worked with individuals managing mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy, incorporating mindfulness, creative arts therapy, and play therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. Amy is dedicated to providing compassionate, effective care that empowers clients to build resilience and foster personal growth.
